SET the CHANNEL ACTIVE - the BOT will comeback/rejoin the channel (alias for !chanset #chan -inactive). Syntax chan: !comeback <$channel|-all> [-now]
Syntax msg: /msg <BotNick> comeback <$channel|-all> [-now]
Description: $channel - the channel's name to come back.
-all - come back to all inactive channels.
-now - enforce the BOT to come back to channel. Used when the BOT thinks it's on channel but actually it's not there (internal desynch).
Example: !comeback #a&a or /msg DELPHINUS comeback #a&a
