    • ENABLE a disabled command.

    Syntax chan: !enable <$command|-all> [-global]
    Syntax msg: /msg <BotNick> enable <#chan> <$command|-all> [-global]

    Description:

    $command - command's name to enable.
    -all - enable all disabled commands at once.

    -global - enable a globally disabled command (global +n access level requireed).

    Example: !enable op or /msg DELPHINUS enable #a&a deop
    Example: !enable -all or !enable -all -global
