Shows channel's FAQ. To setup channel's faq use !chanset faq <$text|none>.

Syntax chan: !faq [$nick]
Syntax msg: /msg <BotNick> faq <#chan> [$nick]

Description:

$nick - the user's nick, to whom is addressed the info (local +v access level requireed).

Example: !faq or /msg DELPHINUS faq #a&a niqu
