REMOVE a ban from bot/channel ban list. You must specify the host/mask to unban, NOT the nick.Syntax chan: !unban <$ban|*> [-global]
Syntax msg: /msg <BotNick> unban <#chan> <$ban|*> [-global]
Description: $ban - ban to remove.
* - remove all bans.
-global - remove a global ban.
Example: !unban niqu!*@* or /msg DELPHINUS unban #a&a *
