Shows channel's WEBSITE. To setup channel's url use !chanset url <$text|none>.Syntax chan: !url [$nick]
Syntax msg: /msg <BotNick> url <#chan> [$nick]
Description: $nick - the user's nick, to whom is addressed the info (local +v access level requireed).
Example: !url or /msg DELPHINUS url #a&a niqu
